Genaker supplies mobile RCS client to Wataniya

Kuwaiti telecom operator, Wataniya, has signed a partnership with Genaker, the leading developer of innovative SIP-based applications, who will be showcasing its solutions during GSMA Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spanish Pavillion CY22 (February, 14-17th).

RCS is the mobile industry effort driven by the GSMA to enable multimedia services and presence-enhanced contact management, right from the mobile phone contact list. Genaker, after receiving the Best RCS Innovation award from the GSMA during MWC’2010, has reached this new milestone having its product commercially adopted by a leading Operator.

Telefónica together with Genaker develop an application that "enables the association of sound or video patterns detected by the mobile with the activation or deactivation of certain events, such as sending SMS alerts, the publication of a specific event on a social network, recording a video, activating a PC alarm, etc."

Genaker starts operations in US

After completing its US Market Entry Strategy together with the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Genaker has established a collaboration with a partner to kick-off the launch of “ServiAssisstant” in the US market.
